Goat Cheese Panna Cotta with Raspberry Heart

A delicious panna cotta made with goat cheese and a raspberry heart for an indulgent treat.

Goat Cheese Panna Cotta with Raspberry Heart

Instructions

    Soften the gelatin in a large bowl of cold water (at least 10 minutes)

    Heat the raspberry puree in a saucepan and add the well-drained gelatin. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Fill the half-spheres and freeze for 4 hours.

    Soak the gelatin in cold water.

    Blend the cream, milk and whipped goat cheese. Add the sugar.

    Bring to a boil and add the drained gelatin.

    Fill half of the glasses.

    Gently add 2 half-spheres taken from the freezer. Place them in the middle so they disappear when assembled.

    Fill the glasses with the remaining panna cotta.

    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and add a raspberry on top for decoration!
