I don't think I need to introduce Christelle Huet-Gomez anymore, the lovely creator of the blog Il etait une fois la Pâtisserie (you've probably seen her on Les Rois du Gâteau and perhaps you already have one of her books on your shelf). If you somehow missed her, I invite you to read the interview I did with her when her book Rose Tartes came out.
That interview was the starting point of a beautiful friendship and I'm delighted to introduce you today to Christelle's latest book: The blog's best-of.
It's a special book in many ways. First, because Christelle decided to publish it all by herself (without a publishing house!) and that in itself is quite an achievement!
