Antes de tragar el primer bocado, no sabes realmente lo que te espera. \u00bfSer\u00e1 agria la crema? \u00bfDulce? \u00bfTe romper\u00e1s los dientes con el hojaldre? \u00bfY c\u00f3mo se equilibrar\u00e1n el hojaldre y la nata? Y a decir verdad, casi siempre me decepcionan las cremas comerciales. Personalmente, \u00a1me gusta una tarta de lim\u00f3n \u00e1cida que no sea demasiado dulce y tenga car\u00e1cter! Pero probablemente soy la \u00fanica, a la mayor\u00eda de la gente le gusta una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s suave y dulce.        <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que cuando encontr\u00e9 esta versi\u00f3n mientras me preparaba para el CAP, y me dijeron varias veces \u00ab\u00a1No me suele gustar la tarta de lim\u00f3n, pero \u00e9sta est\u00e1 buen\u00edsima! pens\u00e9 que era una ganadora y la a\u00f1ad\u00ed a Le tengo un cari\u00f1o especial a esta receta porque, cuando empec\u00e9 a prepararme para el examen, \u00a1fue la \u00fanica que consegu\u00ed hacer remotamente presentable! Procede del encantador blog de Val\u00e9rie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilovecakes.fr\/tag\/happy-friday-cooking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">I love cakes<\/a> (y volviendo a leer su post me doy cuenta de que tenemos las mismas referencias y de que debemos tener m\u00e1s o menos la misma formaci\u00f3n pastelera).  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFComo-se-hornea-una-tarta-de-limon\"><\/span>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se hornea una tarta de lim\u00f3n?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a1Ahora puedo extender un c\u00edrculo como una profesional y el hojaldre nunca (casi&#8230;) vuelve a colapsarse! De hecho, te he dado <a href=\"https:\/\/camille-patisserie.com\/recettes-de-base\/pate-a-tartes\/pate-sucree-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">algunos consejos importantes para evitar que la masa<\/a> se desmorone&#8230; Pero si no te sientes c\u00f3modo utilizando un molde anular, un molde para tarta sigue siendo una buena opci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, el desmoldado se convierte en una carnicer\u00eda (al menos para m\u00ed, pero eso puede tener algo que ver con el hecho de que tiendo a ser un poco bruto&#8230;).   <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue-masa-para-una-tarta-de-limon-y-merengue\"><\/span>\u00bfQu\u00e9 masa para una tarta de lim\u00f3n y merengue?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Las tartas de lim\u00f3n y merengue son bastante flexibles y pueden hacerse con masa quebrada, masa quebrada o masa dulce. Esta receta utiliza una masa dulce, pero si quieres aligerar un poco el contenido de az\u00facar de la receta, no dudes en cambiar a una masa quebrada. Su lado ligeramente salado realzar\u00e1 la acidez de la cuajada de lim\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tarta-de-limon-%C2%BFque-merengue\"><\/span>Tarta de lim\u00f3n: \u00bfqu\u00e9 merengue?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En cuanto al merengue, esta receta se hace con un merengue italiano. Esta preparaci\u00f3n, hecha con un jarabe de az\u00facar que cuece las claras batidas, es m\u00e1s estable. Por eso es ideal para una tarta de merengue de lim\u00f3n. Dicho esto, si te comes la tarta r\u00e1pidamente (en menos de una hora) puedes optar por un merengue franc\u00e9s, pero no se conservar\u00e1 tan bien.   <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFHaces-tu-tarta-de-merengue-de-limon-con-antelacion\"><\/span>\u00bfHaces tu tarta de merengue de lim\u00f3n con antelaci\u00f3n?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Es una pregunta que surge a menudo: \u00bfc\u00f3mo se hace la tarta con antelaci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo se conserva? Puedes preparar la tarta de lim\u00f3n con 2 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n y conservarla en el frigor\u00edfico. Sin embargo, es mejor hacer el merengue justo antes de servir, ya que de lo contrario se encoger\u00e1 y perder\u00e1 agua. El sabor no es muy bueno y resulta menos atractiva porque se ve la crema de lim\u00f3n.   <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFTarta-de-limon-y-merengue-sin-soplete\"><\/span>\u00bfTarta de lim\u00f3n y merengue sin soplete?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La mejor forma de colorear el merengue es quemarlo ligeramente con un soplete a fuego lento, con movimientos r\u00e1pidos. Sin embargo, si no tienes soplete, puedes colorear el merengue durante unos minutos en el horno utilizando el grill. Pero no quites los ojos de la tarta, \u00a1el merengue se quema muy r\u00e1pido!  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFTarta-de-limon-y-merengue-sin-manga-pastelera\"><\/span>\u00bfTarta de lim\u00f3n y merengue sin manga pastelera?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si no tienes manga pastelera, puedes utilizar una bolsa de congelaci\u00f3n con una esquina cortada. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar una cucharada para sacar el merengue. La forma no importa, y es una forma estupenda de a\u00f1adir un toque r\u00fastico sin tener que preocuparte demasiado por la decoraci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La-tarta-favorita-de-mi-padre\"><\/span>La tarta favorita de mi padre<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hice esta tarta durante mi \u00faltimo viaje a Normand\u00eda (\u00a1seguro que lo has adivinado por la decoraci\u00f3n buc\u00f3lica y marinera!) y estaba muy presionada porque es el postre favorito de mi padre. Bueno, no exactamente, porque \u00e9l la prefiere sin merengue, pero no pod\u00eda dejar pasar la oportunidad de probar mis nuevos moldes para rosas (en este caso es un 1M y creo que el resultado es muy bonito) y, para ser sincera, \u00a1me encanta utilizar un soplete! <\/p>\n<p>Como mi marco mide 22 cm, la cantidad de masa que pide la receta es un poco alta. Me dio pereza extender el hojaldre y me qued\u00f3 un poco grueso, as\u00ed que no cometas ese error y aseg\u00farate de extenderlo fino (deber\u00eda sobrar casi para una segunda tarta). Por otra parte, la crema cubre bien la tarta. En cuanto al merengue, siempre hago la receta una vez y media porque no hay nada que me fastidie m\u00e1s que se me caiga a mitad del montaje. He rehecho el merengue italiano en alm\u00edbar, pero no dudes en elegir el mejor m\u00e9todo en funci\u00f3n de tu equipo (como expliqu\u00e9 en mi art\u00edculo sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/camille-patisserie.com\/2016\/03\/26\/gateau-danniversaire-citron-meringue\/\">tarta de cumplea\u00f1os de merengue de lim\u00f3n<\/a>).    <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%A1Una-receta-que-gusta-a-todo-el-mundo\"><\/span>\u00a1Una receta que gusta a todo el mundo!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El hojaldre es crujiente, la crema es \u00e1cida y el merengue le a\u00f1ade un agradable dulzor. No es mi versi\u00f3n favorita, pero eso es cuesti\u00f3n de gustos, y tener una receta que gusta a tanta gente es estupendo, as\u00ed que \u00a1hazla otra vez sin moderaci\u00f3n!
