Hice esta galleta gigante durante un fin de semana en Normand\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s de nadar un poco (en agua a 13\u00b0C, despu\u00e9s de todo&#8230;), ten\u00eda que encontrar un tentempi\u00e9 reconfortante que me ayudara a recuperarme, \u00a1as\u00ed que aprovech\u00e9 la oportunidad! me encantan <a href=\"\/recette-patisserie\/gateaux\/cookies-chocolat-noisettes-luttons-contre-lautomne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">las galletas<\/a>, encuentro que tienen 3 grandes inconvenientes: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tienes que enfriar la masa en la nevera durante al menos una hora antes de darles forma.<\/li>\n<li>tarda un poco m\u00e1s en hornearse, ya que se hornea individualmente (a diferencia de un pastel que se hornea todo a la vez)<\/li>\n<li>es un poco complicado conseguir un coraz\u00f3n raro (o chewy como dicen nuestros amigos anglosajones)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Los-beneficios-de-una-galleta-gigante\"><\/span>Los beneficios de una galleta gigante<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Una galleta gigante tiene muchas ventajas. En primer lugar, ahorra much\u00edsimo tiempo: mezclas todos los ingredientes, la metes en el horno y est\u00e1 lista en menos de 30 minutos. Adem\u00e1s, es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de hornear: a diferencia de las galletas tradicionales, que tienes que vigilar minuto a minuto, una tarta ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s complaciente. Tambi\u00e9n es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil conseguir un centro \u00abpoco hecho\u00bb cuando tiene un poco de grosor. Los can\u00f3nigos quedan muy bien en esta receta. Creo que una vez que la hayas probado, se convertir\u00e1 en uno de tus cl\u00e1sicos, \u00a1porque es tan sencilla y deliciosa!     <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Galleta-gigante-la-mejor-receta\"><\/span>Galleta gigante: la mejor receta<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a1He encontrado la receta ULTIMA de galletas gigantes en <a href=\"https:\/\/chocolatetcaetera.fr\/gateau-comme-un-cookie-geant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guillemette<\/a> &#8216;s! Sinceramente, creo que es la receta con la mejor relaci\u00f3n sabor\/tiempo (es mi receta \u00abcomod\u00edn\u00bb cuando me pilla corta). S\u00f3lo tienes que mezclar los ingredientes, rellenar un aro o marco de reposter\u00eda y hornear durante unos treinta minutos. Seguro que ser\u00e1n un \u00e9xito, \u00a1tanto si los usas como tentempi\u00e9 como si son cuadraditos para llevar al trabajo! Aqu\u00ed se trata de una simple galleta gigante de chocolate, pero nada te impide aderezar la receta con M&amp;M&#8217;s, pepitas de chocolate u otros ingredientes.    <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFComo-compruebas-la-coccion\"><\/span>\u00bfC\u00f3mo compruebas la cocci\u00f3n?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El horneado suele ser la parte m\u00e1s complicada de hacer pasteles destinados a ser cortados en trozos peque\u00f1os. Tiene que estar en su punto para que la tarta no se seque demasiado, pero se mantenga bien unida cuando la cortes en trozos peque\u00f1os. Para comprobar que la galleta gigante est\u00e1 bien cocida, te recomiendo que introduzcas la punta de un cuchillo en la galleta. Debe salir h\u00fameda pero sin masa. Pero ten cuidado, la masa seguir\u00e1 coci\u00e9ndose en la bandeja incluso despu\u00e9s de sacarla del horno. As\u00ed que d\u00e9jate un peque\u00f1o margen (o pasa la galleta gigante a una tabla de cortar para dejarla enfriar).     <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Recortar-la-galleta\"><\/span>Recortar la galleta<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cuando la galleta se haya enfriado (es mejor esperar toda la noche). Coge un cuchillo grande y c\u00f3rtala en cuadraditos de 5 x 5 cm. \u00bfEl resultado final? Todo lo que te gusta en una galleta: una corteza crujiente, un buen sabor a mantequilla y chocolate, y un centro que se derrite. Cada vez que hago una, \u00a1no queda ni una miga! \u00a1Es un acierto seguro!     <\/p>\n<p>Esta vez fui un poco generosa y dobl\u00e9 las proporciones para un marco de 20 x 20 cm, pero qued\u00f3 un poco grueso. Si quieres duplicar la receta (puedes hacerlo, nunca es suficiente), aseg\u00farate de utilizar un marco m\u00e1s grande. Despu\u00e9s, simplemente corta el pastel en porciones individuales.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive aligncenter wp-image-324 size-large\"
